Support Engineer (On Site)
Thai National or valid Work Permit holder 3Yrs+ Experience in IT systems and software repair and maintenance Skills Required:
- Installation and maintenance of computer hardware and telecommunications devices
- Problem solving skills concerning, software, hardware and telecommunications
- Inspects Computers, Monitors, Laptops, Printers and Smart devices
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of Computers, Monitors, Laptops, Printers and Smart devices
- Knowledge and ability to replace damaged parts with new parts
- Ability to take apart a PC and put it back together
- Able to name all the parts of a PC
- Some knowledge of network system configuration
- Working knowledge of new technologies
Job Requirements:
- Follow detailed oral and written instructions in the installation/removal and repair of electronic equipment.
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Explain technical information in layman's terms to service users and other personnel to answer questions and provide information about equipment and its operation.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of assignment.
- Acquire additional skills to maintain technical competencies.
- Read and comprehend technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, manufacturers specifications, used in the installation and repair of electronic equipment.
- Provide level-1 and level 2 technical support to our clients. This would include items such as general troubleshooting, assistance with basic operations in the MS-Office Tools, basic Operating System settings, Email Setup, User Password resetting and general connectivity help.
- Assist users with issues relating to computer hardware, software applications, and printers coordinate imaging and deployment of new computers.
PHP Programmer
- Thai National of Valid Work Permit holder
- 3Yrs+ Experience in high level PHP coding, Graduate level Skills Required:
- High level working knowledge of PHP/MySQL and other associated areas (JS/AJAX/CSS etc.)
- Proficiency and understanding of web development at all levels
- Ability to work from instruction or on own initiative
